Return Conditions and Warranty Requests

What is my withdrawal period?

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return your item(s) free of charge.
Beyond this period, we extend the return window by an additional 14 days. However, a 20% reduction will be applied to the value of the returned item(s) if the return is made after the initial 14 days.


What are the conditions for making a return?

The item(s) you wish to return must be new, in their original and complete packaging. DL PARTS srl reserves the right to charge labor costs resulting from additional handling (cleaning, repackaging, etc.) to restock the item(s).


How do I return an item?

  1. Submit your return request by email to sav@dlparts.be, indicating your customer number, the relevant invoice number, the reference(s) you wish to return, and the reasons for the return. Once processed by our team, a return authorization will be sent to you.
  2. Carefully package the goods and include the return authorization. Please do not include any items not listed in the return authorization.
  3. DL PARTS srl will arrange for a carrier to collect the package(s) within 1–2 working days following receipt of the return authorization.
  4. Upon receipt and inspection of your return, and once the item(s) have been restocked, a credit note will be issued to your customer account.

I received a damaged product, what should I do?

If your delivery shows visible external damage, it is best to refuse the delivery partially or entirely and notify us immediately.
Likewise, any damage noticed after unpacking must be reported the same day of delivery at +32 (0)86 21 21 12 or by email at sav@dlparts.be, so that a claim can be filed with the carrier. You will also be asked to provide photos of the reported damage.


The item I received doesn’t work, what should I do?

If the item you received does not function on first use, please contact us at +32 (0)86 21 21 12 or by email at sav@dlparts.be to make a claim. Our team will handle the return of the faulty item and, depending on your preference and stock availability, ship a replacement at no extra cost.


I didn’t receive the correct item, what should I do?

If the item you received does not match your order, please contact us at +32 (0)86 21 21 12 or at sav@dlparts.be to file a claim. Our team will arrange the return of the item and, depending on your preference and stock availability, ship the correct item at no additional cost.


I’d like to submit a warranty request, what should I do?

Please contact us at +32 (0)86 21 21 12 or at sav@dlparts.be to submit your request. Depending on the item, we may require various technical details (machine model, serial numbers, etc.). Make sure to have all relevant information ready.
DL PARTS srl will handle the return of the item as well as the submission of the warranty claim to the supplier. DL PARTS srl will then follow the supplier’s expertise and warranty terms.


How much do return fees cost?

Returns to DL PARTS srl are free of charge if the request is made within 14 days of the delivery date. After this period, a flat fee of €5.00 will be deducted from the credit note once the return is processed.
